Laura is a passionate advocate for change, dedicated to help eliminate sexual violence in Aotearoa through her role as a Trustee of the Louise Nicholas Trust. Committed to strong and effective governance, she works to create meaningful social impact and drive positive change within communities.
In her other leadership roles across Baywide Law Community Trust, Te Puke Gymsport and Parkour, and TORA Limited, Laura brings strategic insight and a deep commitment to collective progress. Previously the BoP Branch Manager for the Institute of Directors NZ—and now a member—she engaged with governance leaders nationwide, strengthening her drive to create inclusive and effective boards.
Her expertise in cultural psychology and Māori governance fuels her mission to advance diversity, uphold the Treaty of Waitangi, and inspire meaningful change. A small business owner, mother, and global citizen, Laura believes in the power of human connection to create lasting transformation.
