Jess is the Administration & Operations Co-ordinator and a part-time Advocate at the Louise Nicholas Trust. She plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation while also working directly alongside survivors of sexual violence as they navigate the justice system and access the support they need.

Jess brings a unique perspective to her role through her own lived experience of overcoming significant personal challenges. Her journey has shaped a deep commitment to advocacy, social justice, and creating systems that are more compassionate, accessible, and survivor-centred. She is passionate about contributing to meaningful change and helping ensure every survivor is treated with dignity, respect, and understanding.

Working alongside her mother, Louise Nicholas, Jess is proud to help carry the Trust's vision into the future. She is dedicated to strengthening the organisation's impact, supporting its mission, and helping build a safer Aotearoa New Zealand where survivors are heard, believed, and empowered.
