Lil Hancock is the Operations Manager for the Louise Nicholas Trust.

She has a banking background and has a Diploma in Accounting and in Business Management. She has worked (paid & voluntary) for various not for profit organisations for more than 45 years which includes 30 years in leadership roles covering: sport, active living & recreation, agencies supporting victims and survivors of traumatic events, and health agencies.

She is Chair of the Taupo Hospital & Health Society Incorporated and Charitable Trust, and she is associated with Arc Counselling Services Trust that assist those with Addictions of Drug & Alcohol, Smoking and Gambling.

She is a survivor of sexual violence and is passionate in supporting the Trust, the team, the survivors and their whānau.
