Rachel Middleton is the General Manager of the Louise Nicholas Trust and brings more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership positions across a range of sectors, including over 10 years in the not-for-profit space.

She holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Applied Management.

Rachel is passionate about working in the not-for-profit sector, where trauma-informed practice is at the heart of supporting individuals and communities. She is committed to creating safe, compassionate, and empowering environments that enable people to heal, grow, and thrive.

Drawing on her extensive experience in people leadership, organisational development, and operational management, Rachel works collaboratively to strengthen the Trust's impact and ensure the delivery of high-quality support, advocacy, and education services throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
